Is timing locked in with this template, or can I adjust the duration each monitor is on screen? I need to sync the shots and animation to a voiceover. I'm not an AE novice and can tweak keyframes as necessary. I just want to make sure this project is flexible.

Hi, only the flares are pre-rendered so it's possible to edit, extend but you'll loss in quality about the flares. Don't forget to use the interpolate fonction to increase quality. I suggest you to use time remapping fonction on the main composition to adjust timing, then use time remap on each video to get a fine result. if you have any question feel free to email me at support@aetemplates.net .
