Have purchased the project, I know you say a frame rate of 23.976fps is the best to shoot at to drop into the video placeholders, but would a frame rate of 24fps present a problem.

Essentially that is what 24 FPS is... at least on digital video.

Using the time remapping function... but the video may be jittery... you can't pull blood from a stone.

That footage is for example only, this is an After Effects Template... you are supposed to use your own video.

Thanks. Yes, I know these are templates and I'm supposed to use my own video. The reason I ask is because not all the boxes where there are video examples do the words "your video" appear. So, I just wanted to make sure I can replace all video that I see in the examples with my own. Thanks.
