goofy ftp

Postby dapoopta » Sun Dec 28, 2008 5:46 pm

Does anyone have the problem where files finish uploading and don't seem to close out, then start uploading the same file again? I came home yesterday after a few hours, should have had about 3 clips done, and it was on the first one still. After reviewing the logs it seems that it started the finished file over again.

I also have a weird thing when I connect to the ftp the first file I try to start it gives me an error, then I have to start it again.

I am going to try mozilla ftp... I was using flashfxp

We've had some issues with users outside the US having FTP problems lately. If you could email us at or just use the Helpdesk link and submit a help desk ticket, we'll start troubleshooting the issue with you.

Hey Scott,
You are everywhere aren't you.....

I had the same problem using Filezilla and if my firewall was turned on. I turn off the firewall when uploading now and haven't had the problem.

Like I don't see enough of you two already... Ha! Good to see you Scott. I had the same issues with Filezilla there was some thing I turned off, I think it was on the server side though like an auto process off deal.
