Mass importer via CSV

Hi,
can anyone tell my whats wrong with my CSV file?
When i use the CSV importer all my rows are correctly listet an theres a message "there are no rows in your csv".

Whats wrong?

I wrote the CSV as excel file and saved it as "CSV"
