validation #

i dont seem to have a validation # to email support. if i cant email them i cant ask for my #. any help out there?

LLYSETT,

The validation number is located to the right of the box where you would enter it. It is an image that contains some random numbers and letters. If you can't get it show up, try hitting the refresh button next to it. then copy the numbers and letters exactly into the box.
