CONTEST RULES:

1. The contest is open to all approved Revolution Stock Media producers. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of V.R. Media Resources, Inc., its contest sponsor, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.

2. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.

3. Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.

4. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which RevoStock.com may deem appropriate.

5. In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that Revolution Stock Media (www.revostock.com). may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).

6. If a B&H Gift Certificate is not an ideal prize due to the geographic location of the winner, an alternate prize may be issued at the sole discretion of Revolution Stock Media.

7.  Only footage and audio files uploaded on the first day of each month beginning at 12:00 AM through the last day of the month ending at 11:59:59 PM will be counted towards the challenge/contest. 

8.  Footage and audio files do not have to be approved into the system by 11:59:59 on the last day of the month, but must be approved by RevoStock.com before counting towards the producer challenge.  (In other words.... If you upload a file at 11:59:59 on the last day of the month, obviously it is impossible for that file to be approved by us before the month ends.  However, before the winner is announced, all files eligible will be checked and either approved or rejected based upon RevoStock.com standards and guidelines.  Only those files approved will count towards the Producer Challenge.

9. Revolution Stock Media retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.

10. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.

11. Revolution Stock Media reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.

12.  Only includes main version of clips.  Secondary versions/resolutions do not count as a separate upload.
