The RevoRumble is all about the values Revo stands for: creativity, originality and quality. Each RevoRumble contest will focus on a theme. Revo producers will create NEW content based on the theme and then enter their content into the contest. Finalists will be chosen based on the following criteria: Originality, Creativity, Quality and Theme. After the entry period, the Revo Staff will vote on a number of finalists (anywhere between 5-10 depending on the number of entries.) Then, voting will be open to all RevoStock members to choose the winner.
1st Place Winners in each category will receive: $250, a RevoStock t-shirt, a feature in a special RevoRumble edition of our FreshCuts newsletter, and a first place RevoRumble trophy for their profile. 2nd and 3rd place winners in each category will receive RevoStock t-shirts and runner-up RevoRumble trophy for their profile.
If you are not a RevoStock producer, the first step is to become one! Get the details. If you are a producer, follow the steps below to enter your content!
Templates and Music: Go to your My Uploads page, select the item you would like to enter into the contest and choose the "Enter Into RevoRumble" option from the drop down menu.
Video or Sound Effects: For Video and Sound Effects, you will need to Submit a MediaBox with 5-10 files that are based on the current RevoRumble theme. To submit your MediaBox, go to your My Mediaboxes page, check the box for the MediaBox you would like to submit, and select the "Add to RevoRumble" option from the drop down menu.
Our theme for the current RevoRumble is Holidaze. Show us your best Holiday themed stock media and we mean any Holiday you wish. We aren't looking for run of the mill holiday stock here... Blow it up! We are looking for the highest quality and creative stock you can crank out based on your favorite holiday! Take your time and craft some holiday themed stock media that will stand out! Any holiday will do. Hey, you can even do "President's Day!" if you dare....
1. The contest is open to all approved RevoStock producers. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of V.R. Media Resources, Inc., its contest sponsor, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
2. The prizes must be accepted as awarded.
3. Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.
4. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which RevoStock.com may deem appropriate.
5. In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that RevoStock (www.revostock.com). may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
6. If the advertised prize(s) is not an ideal prize due to the geographic location of the winner, an alternate prize may be issued at the sole discretion of RevoStock.
7. Only media files uploaded during the advertised entry periods starting the first day of the contest beginning at 12:00 AM through the last day of the contest ending at 11:59:59 PM will be counted towards the challenge/contest.
8. Stock Media files have to be approved into the system by 11:59:59 on the last day of the entry period. Only files that have been approved by our review team may be submitted.
9. RevoStock retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
10. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
11. RevoStock reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
12. Within a week following the end of the entry period, members of the RevoStock staff will select a number of files as finalists in each category (Video, Music, Templates and Sound Effects recpectively), dependent on the number of entries.
13. Following the selection of finalists, voting will begin. The winners in each category will receive prizes based as listed in the contest description.
