AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS
With the RevoStock affiliate system you are given the opportunity to help the RevoStock community grow and make money at the same time!
What does it mean to be a member of the RevoStock affiliate program?
As a member of the RevoStock affiliate program, you will have your own specific link to our website. You may then share this link with your friends (spamming is strictly prohibited), or use our site banners on your own website! You agree that you will promote RevoStock in various ways and refer people to RevoStock for their stock media needs. You also agree to read our referral agreement and agree to all of the terms and conditions.
What can you get out of the RevoStock affiliate program?
Members of the RevoStock affiliate program will receive 15% of all credit package purchases bought by a user that you have referred for one year after their registration.
Members of the RevoStock affiliate program will receive 5% of the sales made by an approved RevoStock producer referred by you for a period of one year from their approval date.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to be a part of the RevoStock affiliate program, you must agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Obligations:
By joining the RevoStock affiliate program, you are agreeing to promote the RevoStock stock media community. You also agree that you will act responsibly in your promotion of RevoStock and that any methods you use to promote the website and company will be legal. We will strictly prohibit any spamming or fraudulent attempts to exploit our affiliate system. You agree that you are not a representative of RevoStock, but that you are only referring potential members to our website. You also agree to only use legitimate means to promote RevoStock and that you will not do anything at all that could have any negative effect on our website or company.
RevoStock reserves all rights to change the terms of our affiliate agreement at any time in part or entirely. RevoStock will post any significant changes to our terms on our website. You have the right to cease promoting our website through this affiliate program and you agree to discontinue participation in our program should you cease to agree with our terms.
RevoStock reserves the right to approve or reject any request to become a member of our affiliate program at our sole discretion and for any reason. We reserve the right to analyze your affiliate account via our affiliate system and if any fraudulent activity is detected, we will take action to close your account and will seek legal action if necessary. We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate account for any reason and at our sole discretion. Producers MAY NOT create new producer accounts in order to earn affiliate credit from a second account owned by the same producer.
Specifications:
Your account may be reviewed by one of our administrators before receiving approval. RevoStock reserves the right to preview the presence of our banners on your website before approving your affiliate account.
Each time a user comes to our website via your link, a cookie will be placed on their computer and RevoStock will keep a copy of their IP address. In order for our system to work, the user must have cookies enabled on their computer. RevoStock is not responsible for any potential commissions lost because this cookie was lost or deleted or because the user's IP address was changed.
Each time a new referred user purchases a credit package from RevoStock, you will receive 15% of that credit package. This ONLY applies to new RevoStock users who have not had a RevoStock account before. You will receive this amount for all credit packages purchased for a period of 1 year from their registration.
When a user comes to our site via your referral link, registers for an account (new registrations only) applies to become a RevoStock producer and is approved, you will receive 5% of this producers sales revenue for a period of one year from the date of their Producer account approval.
The user referred by you must register and purchase one of our credit packages or register and apply to become a RevoStock producer within 30 days of clicking your referral link. After 30 days the cookie will expire and you will no longer be eligible to receive a percentage of any future purchases or sales this member may make.
All earnings are added to your affiliate account. After your account balance has reached $25, you may request a payout. Your must request this payout by the 8th of the month you would like to be paid in order for you to receive payment on the 15th of that month via PayPal or MoneyBookers.
All referred users must come to our site via your personalized link in order to be registered into our affiliate system.
